At BURGA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion accessory isn't a perfect match, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective films and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
